Project "The Bridge of Successful Women of Serbia and Malta"
Entrepreneurs in Focus
July 2023. - January 2024.
Who connects the shores?
Participants in project
The beginning of the project was marked by a lot of enthusiasm brought into the project by twenty participants. Diplomas for exceptional dedication were awarded to eighteen participants, some of whom are already in entrepreneurial waters, so the additional knowledge enabled them to improve their businesses, while others utilized the acquired knowledge and support to move towards independence.
During the project implementation, mutual empowerment and connections that emerged among the participants represent an invaluable resource for the further development and success of each entrepreneur. These connections provided not only support during the project itself but have also become a lasting support in business and personal development. The exchange of experiences, knowledge, and resources among entrepreneurs encouraged them to overcome challenges, share successes, and learn from each other. Building this community strengthened their position in the market and built a strong foundation for further success and a support network that extends beyond the project itself.
The project “Bridge of Successful Women of Serbia and Malta” aimed to advance individual success but also to create a community of entrepreneurs that has far-reaching positive effects on the entrepreneurial scene. Such initiatives are crucial for building a sustainable and supportive business culture.

The educational and motivational project ‘Bridge of Successful Women of Serbia and Malta,’ initiated by the Serbian Educational and Cultural Centre St. Helen of Anjou (SECC) and the Online International Business Women’s Club EIBWC Malta, as part of the Association of Business Women of Serbia, was conducted from July 28, 2023, to January 15, 2024, with the financial support of the Directorate for Cooperation with the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia.

The Serbian Educational and Cultural Centre St. Helen of Anjou (abbreviated as SECC St. Helen of Anjou) in Malta is a volunteer association, founded in the spring of 2021 with the blessing of the Maltese parish priest, Father Risto Gorančić, with the idea of building bridges between Serbia and Malta, primarily by promoting content from Serbian cultural heritage.
The guiding idea of the organization is to enrich not only the daily lives of our people on the island but also to contribute to the cultural life of Malta as a whole through various projects/events such as promoting literary works of prose and poetry, lectures, exhibitions, and concerts of artists of Serbian origin from around the world, as well as other forms of cultural content.
Contact us, and send us your ideas and proposals for cooperation. We look forward to your invitation!

The goal of establishing international clubs is to connect successful businesswomen, who are the members of these clubs, to find new business partners, exchange experiences, promote, educate, and many other benefits of membership in the EIBWC.
The Association of Business Women of Serbia celebrated 25 years of successful work last year and 17 years since the introduction of the prestigious “Flower of Success for the Woman Dragon” award, which represents a symbol of quality and dedication in the business world of Serbia.
The EIBWC Malta team is slowly increasing its membership and expanding cooperation, relying on the secure support of colleagues from the Association of Business Women of Serbia. Join us and become part of a unique community of successful women! Welcome!
The project was co-funded by the Directorate for Cooperation with the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region.
