Project

The Bridge of Successefull Women of Serbia and Malta

July 2023. - January 2024.

How we built the bridge?

Project Bridge

In the sphere of the business world, one of the most valuable achievements is the connection, support, and inspiration we can provide to each other. This is exactly the basic idea behind the educational and motivational project “The Bridge of Successful Women of Serbia and Malta”, which was launched for 20 female entrepreneurs by the Serbian Educational and Cultural Center of St. Helen of Anjou (SOKC) and the Online International Club of Business Women EIBWC Malta, as part of the Association of Business Women of Serbia, with the financial support of the Directorate for Cooperation with the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia.

How to cross the bridge?

Goals of the Project

We set clear project goals to ensure success!!

Our project is dedicated to enhancing the abilities of Serbian businesswomen based in Malta. We aim to achieve this by providing additional education, fostering networking opportunities, and promoting collaboration in women’s entrepreneurship between the two nations. Our comprehensive aim is to enable a constant exchange of knowledge, skills, and resources to stimulate the growth of women-led businesses.

You can forsee the day by the way the business looks

Improving business skills is closely tied to setting clear business goals. Workshops, facilitated with the help of business tools, focused on formulating and tracking these goals effectively.

Digital Marketing

Introducing participants to the latest trends, tools, and techniques has laid the foundation for improving their marketing strategies.

Motivational Speechees

Motivational speeches by prominent businesswomen from Serbia have been delivered through online forums, aiming for the exchange of good business practices and experiences. These sessions also serve to recognize shared interests and business opportunities.

Business Meetings

Business meetings were held to summarize the results of past workshops and exchange updates on the current activities of the members

The bridge connects us

Realization of the Project

The project incorporated educational and networking initiatives, including 10 online lectures/workshops with distinguished speakers from Serbia and 4 meetings with successful female entrepreneurs. These activities facilitated an interactive approach to the challenges of business management and social network management. Concurrently, we organized live meetings and networking events.

We anticipate our efforts to achieve these objectives will establish lasting pathways on the entrepreneurial map between Serbia and Malta. Through marketing activities and unique encounters, we have made significant strides towards realizing our vision for a bridge of success between businesswomen in both countries.

Network

By creating alliances among women, we get the potential to develop a support system that will aid us in achieving our aspirations, pushing boundaries, and overcoming previous limitations.

Communication

When we embrace the incredible possibilities that technology offers us, we continue to navigate through the ever-changing landscape of the digital era. We should never forget the power within us to inspire and educate one another.

Cooperation

We should emphasize the importance of collaboration in the pursuit of knowledge, experience, and expanding the female network. With shared support and collective efforts, we can overcome various obstacles on our journey to success. Valuing each other's strengths, utilizing our unique skills, and working in partnership, we can establish a dynamic community capable of achieving great things.

Action

Women's skills and expertise are significant assets, and they use them to enhance our community. We would like to express our gratitude to all the women who participated in the project for their true dedication and hard work in creating positive changes in our community

Success comes to those who are in the right place at the right time, and our potential clients are mostly online. So, we are on the right path to learning how to reach them through digital marketing, which is not only a contemporary means of communication but likely the only one that delivers significant results in business both now and in the future. Congratulations to the Association for organizing such a project.
I am extremely pleased to have the opportunity to participate in this project because the strength, support, motivation, exchange of ideas, and advices we share, as well as the connections we create, are of priceless importance to each of us.
As a Serbian language professor in Malta, I've been teaching our beautiful but challenging language to a group of enthusiastic learners. My goal is to make the classes interesting, easy, and always innovative, tailored to their knowledge levels. Grateful for the valuable tools taught by Marija Maksimović and Tatjana Mamula Nikolić.
