Results of the project
What results have been achieved during the project implementation?
A significant result has been achieved in the form of expressions of solidarity and strengthening the collective energy of the women’s entrepreneurial network in Malta. Through mutual connections, the participants have contributed to numerous benefits for the local community, including the establishment of a fund to support Serbian-language preschools, organizing workshops for Serbian children or a charity tourist tour to purchase air conditioning unit for students of the Serbian Language Supplementary School in Malta. Such concrete actions have indicated the fresh and always relevant potential of the women’s community in Malta.
Additionally, the project has successfully impacted the connection and encouragement of collaboration with entrepreneurs from Serbia, opening doors for increased visibility of women’s businesses from Malta in the Serbian market. One example paving the way for future cooperation is the signing of the Memorandum between SECC “St. Helen of Anjou” and the Women’s Association “Save the Village”.
The educational program provided all participants with strong support to further enrich their knowledge through business tools and digital marketing, and to enhance their business routines with valuable analyses and quality promotion on social networks.
However, the most important aspect of implementing this project is the fact that it has raised awareness of the participant’s strengths and provided an inspiring example to other Serbian women in Malta. The promotion of successful businesswomen will undoubtedly serve as a starting point for understanding that dedication and effort can become the foundation for overcoming all barriers on the path to defined success.
The overview of events on this page speaks to the achieved results.
